Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Faith Forged Leads, provided by Faith Forged Digital, LLC. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping login credentials secure, and for the activity of the users you invite. Each person using Faith Forged Leads must have their own login; shared logins are not permitted.

Roles determine what a user can see and do. The owner of a business account is responsible for assigning roles appropriately.

• Starter: $79 per month, up to 2 users.
• Pro: $149 per month, up to 10 users.
• Business: $299 per month, up to 50 users.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. We will give notice before any price change takes effect for your account.

Feature availability follows your plan. Access to features not included in your plan is enforced by our servers, and attempting to bypass those limits is a breach of these terms.

New accounts may start a 5-day free trial with access to Pro features. Payment details are not required to begin a trial unless we tell you otherwise before you start. At the end of a trial, an account without an active subscription becomes read-only rather than being deleted, so you can export or resume.

You may cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; the account remains available until the end of the period already paid for. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months except where required by law.

The leads, customers, estimates, messages, notes and files your business puts into Faith Forged Leads belong to your business. We use them to operate the service for you and for nothing else. You can export your data while your account is active.

You are responsible for having the right to store the contact information you enter, and for complying with the laws that apply to how you contact your customers, including telephone, text-message and email marketing rules in your jurisdiction.

• Do not use Faith Forged Leads to send unsolicited bulk messages or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to access another business's account or data.
• Do not probe, scan or test the security of the service except with our written permission.
• Do not resell or white-label the service except under a written agreement.
• Do not remove or obscure Faith Forged Leads or Faith Forged Digital product branding except where a plan expressly permits it.

We may suspend an account that is being used in breach of these rules, and will tell you why where we lawfully can.

Texts and emails you compose in Faith Forged Leads are sent from your own phone or mail application, and you remain responsible for anything you send to your customers. Payment processing relies on a third-party provider, and its availability is outside our control.

We work to keep Faith Forged Leads available and secure, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faith Forged Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account owners before they take effect, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
