No. Faith Forged Leads runs in your web browser. There is nothing to install and nothing to keep updated.
Yes. The mobile layout is designed for one-handed use in a truck or on a job site: view today’s follow-ups, add a lead, call or text a customer, move a job along the pipeline, add notes and tick off tasks.
Yes. Invite your team by email and give each person a role: Owner, Admin, Manager or Sales. Sales users work the leads assigned to them; managers and admins see the whole book.
Yes. Faith Forged Leads gives you an embeddable form and a hosted endpoint. A submission creates the lead, records the source as Website, notifies the assigned employee and starts follow-up tracking straight away.
Yes, on Pro and Business, from your own phone number. Tap Text on a lead, pick a template, and your phone’s messaging app opens with the message written for you. Nothing goes out from a strange number, and every text is logged against the lead.
Yes, on Pro and Business, from your own email address. Tap Email on a lead and your mail app opens with the subject and message filled in. Each one is recorded on the customer’s timeline.
Yes, on Pro and Business. Build an estimate from line items with quantities and rates, apply a discount and tax, add notes and terms, then download the PDF, email it, or text the customer a link. Faith Forged Leads tracks whether it was sent, viewed, accepted or declined.
You can bring leads in through the Faith Forged Leads API or the hosted capture endpoint today. A spreadsheet import is on the roadmap; if you have a list to move over, contact us and we will help.
Yes. Every business account is isolated at the database level using row-level security, so one company’s records are not reachable from another company’s login no matter what is requested. Uploaded files are stored privately and served through short-lived signed links.
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly with no long-term contract. Cancel from Settings, then Billing, and your account stays available until the end of the period you have paid for.
Start a trial and get full Pro access for the trial period. No payment details are required to begin unless your account has been configured otherwise, and you will be told before anything is charged.
