Faith Forged Leads is operated by Faith Forged Digital, LLC ("Faith Forged Digital", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information the Faith Forged Leads website and application collect, why, and what we do with it.

Two different relationships are covered. When you visit faithforgedleads.com or ask us about the product, we are the controller of that information. When your business uses Faith Forged Leads to store its own customer records, your business is the controller of that data and we process it on your behalf.

• Account information. Name, email address, phone number, business name, business address, industry and team size, provided when you create an account or complete setup.
• Business data you enter. The leads, customers, estimates, notes, messages, tasks, appointments and files your team records in Faith Forged Leads.
• Sales inquiries. Information you submit through the contact form on this website, so we can reply.
• Technical information. Log data needed to run and secure the service, including IP address, browser type and timestamps. Submission endpoints store a hashed IP address for rate limiting rather than the address itself.
• Website analytics. Aggregate counts of a small set of marketing events (for example, pricing viewed or trial started) on the public website. No customer records from inside the application are ever sent to analytics.

• To provide, maintain and support the Faith Forged Leads service.
• To authenticate users and protect accounts from unauthorized access.
• To send service messages such as verification, password resets and invitations.
• To respond to sales and support inquiries you send us.
• To bill for subscriptions and manage trials.
• To detect, investigate and prevent abuse, fraud and security incidents.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the business data inside your account for advertising.

Each business using Faith Forged Leads has its own account, and records are isolated at the database level using row-level security. A user signed into one business cannot read another business's leads, customers, estimates, messages or files, regardless of what is requested through the interface or the API.

Files uploaded to a lead, customer or estimate are stored in a private bucket and served through short-lived signed links rather than public URLs.

We use third-party providers to run Faith Forged Leads: a cloud database and authentication platform, application hosting, and, where you enable them, email, SMS and payment providers. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their part of the service.

Provider credentials for email and SMS are held on our servers and are never sent to your browser.

We keep account and business data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, data is retained for a limited period so the account can be restored, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.

• Access, correct or export the data in your account from within Faith Forged Leads.
• Ask us to delete your account and its data.
• Opt out of non-essential email from us at any time.

If your business is the controller of records you want changed, contact that business directly; we will assist them as their processor.

Faith Forged Leads is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16.
